Our Mission

IDENTITY

The West Liberty Salem Youth Athletic Association (WLSYA) is a recreational and travel sports association, based in both Champaign and Logan Counties and found within the West Liberty Salem School District. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, challenging, and healthy sports experience for the youth participants that live within and attend our district.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide youth from the community with the opportunity to participate in athletics. We accomplish this by providing a safe and challenging atmosphere where they can learn, develop and maintain the desire to continue playing the game.

VISION

Our vision is to become one unified athletic program that works together year round to keep youth playing and doing things they love, as well as expanding to a location that would allow the focus to be youth athletics.  All while providing a healthy and age-appropriate experience supporting the educational goals of our schools.
